When contacting us via our contact form, first check the box for what service would you like to contact us about (tattoo or piercing).
When contacting us about the tattoo, we would like to get as much informations as we can about your tattoo idea. In order to get a price estimation, we need to know the approximate size of the tattoo, the style you are willing to get, placement on the body and preferably the inspiration photos, which you can easily upload via our contact form.
You can also contact us by email- info@renesansa.tattoo. To make a tattoo/piercing appointment, you need to fill in the self-declaration form, and pay a deposit of 20% of the estimated total sum of the work to be done. This means that you need to contact the artist and get a price estimation before your first tattooing session/piercing appointment. The deposit is non-refundable.
For subsequent tattooing sessions, you will book through the booking system or in person in the studio and pay the deposit for the session you are booking.
Appointments can be moved 48 hours before the appointment without forfeiting the deposit. Cancellations more than 48 hours before appointment will me accepted but the deposit will be lost.
For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment must be paid in full.
Gift cards are only valid for 12 months from purchase date. You can pay by Vipps, or by card.
